Job Full Description
Jamestown area company seeking General Laborer for 1st shift. Duties include machine operation of an automatic plastic injection mold press. Inspection and trimming of parts as they come off the press. Must be alert to keep the process moving, presses cycle approximately every 60-90 seconds.
Associate must be at their assigned location at designated start time, not punching in or walking in the door. Associate must not leave designated work area without appropriate coverage for breaks or lunches.
Position allows candidates to either sit or stand at the press. This press only runs one mold at a time, very tedious work. Regular reaching and excellent attention to detail and lifting of up to 40lbs required.
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm but may vary based on work load. Pay rate is $18.00 an hr.
