Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our Randolph, NY client. Our client is looking for someone part-time in Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and report any major concerns to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license
Hours will be part-time and flexible 25 hours a week. Pay is based on experience between $22-$25/hr.
