Job Full Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our construction team. This position involves a variety of tasks including painting, assembling machinery, concrete work, and excavation. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in general construction labor and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks such as:
- Painting and surface preparation
- Assembling and installing machinery
- Concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
- Excavating and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred Skills
- Experience with painting and concrete finishing
- Familiarity with machinery assembly
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
