We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our metal manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving instincts, and the ability to guide projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do

Lead engineering projects related to metal fabrication, machining, forming, welding, or finishing

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput

Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term corrective actions

Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams

Create and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

Evaluate new equipment, tools, and technologies
-
Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards

Mentor junior engineers and technicians (management experience is a plus)
?? What We’re Looking For

5+ years of engineering experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a related field
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of metal properties, tolerances, and manufacturing processes

Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally

Bonus: Prior team leadership or management experience

A motivated, energetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Technical Skills

CNC machining or programming
-
Welding processes (MIG, TIG, robotic welding)

Sheet metal forming or stamping

Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Root cause analysis and corrective action tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
