This opening is on our 2nd shift (Mon – Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am). ***VERY IMPORTANT _ PLEASE READ : Please note that despite the position is on our 2nd shift, the first 2 months of training will be on our 1st shift. So, the candidate must have the flexibility to get trained on first shift and then be available to work on 2nd shift. As follows the details of the position:
Position: Trainee for Punch-Press (Post-production department)
Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr. + $075/hr. (2nd shift differential)
Training Shift: 1st shift for the first 2 months approximately - Mond -Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm then getting moved to 2nd shift (as explained above on 1st paragraph)
Permanent Shift: 2nd shift (Mond - Friday, 4:00 pm -12:30 am)
Language: English or Spanish, or both.
Start date: asap! The candidate must be available quickly to get on the training program asap.
Requirements of the job: be mechanically inclined, previous experience in production manufacturing preferred, but it is not a must.
