Located in Rockland County, NY- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
This position is responsible for maintaining production uptime during the shift, by troubleshooting repairing and maintaining equipment, as well as performing calibration, and facilities maintenance.
2nd Shift Maintenance Tech
- Training - First 2 weeks M-F 8am-430pm
- Thereafter standard 2nd shift schedule mirrors production, M-TH 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
- Fridays 2:30pm -10:45pm - Voluntary OT will be offered for weekends as business needs require.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Repairs and maintains all production equipment according to SOPs as required, to assure equipment safety, reliability, efficiency, and product quality.
- Effects safe and timely laminator tooling and packaging equipment set ups as needed.
- Supports machine operators during set up, and as needed during production runs, by troubleshooting laminator and packaging equipment problems as required
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines.
- Repair and replace defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.
