Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications

Set up CNC machines with proper tools, attachments, and materials

Program and operate CNC equipment to ensure precise and efficient production

Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications

Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines

Work collaboratively with engineers and production staff to improve processes
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or similar)

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming (e.g., G-code)

Strong understanding of mechanical processes and measurement tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
