Our client is seeking an Office Assistant with procurement experience to support their operations. This position involves managing the procurement process for government contracts (95% of their clients), including handling bids, placing orders, and fulfilling shipments. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review RCW’s and obtain competitive bids from 3–4 vendors.

Assist in the procurement process, including placing customer orders and purchases.

Fulfill orders, prepare shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

Track and document purchasing activity for compliance and accountability.

Maintain organized procurement records and files.

Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal staff.

Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:

Strong organizational and computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple bids, orders, and deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Preferred:

Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
