Maintenance Worker
Pay : $19- 21/ hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleanings on Bathroom and Kitchen vents.
- Clean compactors and trash chutes utilizing power washing tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina
Work Environment:
- May work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting
- May involve working evenings, weekends shifts
