Express is hiring multiple Customer Service Reps in the Queens area.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customers and answer their questions via phone, email.
- Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot issues and process returns or refunds.
- Have strong understanding of company products, services and policies.
- Document details of customer interactions, complaints and comments using companies CRM systems.
