As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a vital role in our mission to help people find jobs and provide workforce solutions to local businesses. This isn't just a receptionist role—it's a dynamic position where you'll get to use your customer service skills while actively contributing to the recruiting process.
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: Part time (potential for full time)

What You'll Do:

Be the face of Express: Greet and welcome all job seekers and clients who come into our office, providing a positive and professional first impression.

Recruit top talent: Help screen and interview job candidates, identifying their skills and experience to match them with the best possible job opportunities.

Manage the flow: Answer and direct a high volume of calls, addressing inquiries from both job seekers and client companies.

Support the team: Assist our recruiters with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate applications.

Maintain organization: Keep the front office tidy and organized, ensuring all necessary materials and paperwork are readily available.
