Diesel Technician

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-powered municipal and heavy equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
- Repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, and PTO systems.
- Utilize diagnostic software and manufacturer service information to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
- Complete service documentation and communicate repair recommendations.
- Work both in the shop and, when needed, perform on-site service for customer equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of diesel, heavy truck, or heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics and repair documentation.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Personal hand tools required.
