Pay: 18 - 20

Responsibilities:

Operate electrostatic powder spray guns to apply powder coating evenly on metal surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the powder booth to contain overspray.
Ensure proper storage, mixing, and handling of powder materials to prevent contamination and waste.
Regularly clean and maintain spray guns, powder booths, and curing ovens.
Inspect coated products for uniformity, coverage, and defects such as pinholes, bubbles, or runs.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

Technical proficiency and experience with powder coating equipment and processes.
Attention to detail and ability to identify coating defects.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot coating application or equipment issues.
Understanding of safety protocols for handling chemicals and machinery.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
