Job Full Description

• Grind, polish, and finish welds on metal surfaces using hand tools and machinery.
• Inspect metal pieces for defects and ensure that finishes are smooth and free of imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Work closely with the welding team to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs as part of the production process.
• • Previous experience in metalworking, specifically in grinding or finishing welds, is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with hand tools, power sanders, and other finishing equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
