Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Pickers & Packers for a leading warehouse and distribution facility. This is a full-time opportunity paying $15.00 per hour with steady hours and long-term potential.
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals with prior experience and proven tenure in warehouse picking and packing. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Picker & Packer, your daily duties will include:

Accurately picking items from warehouse inventory.

Packing and labeling items for shipment.

Performing quality control checks to ensure orders are correct.

Using RF scanners to track and update orders in the system.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Meeting productivity and accuracy goals.

Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements

Prior picker/packer or warehouse experience required.

Proven tenure in previous positions (employment verification will be conducted).

Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.

Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
