Bilingual Warehouse Picker/Packer – English & Spanish
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Bilingual Warehouse Pickers/Packers for a fast-paced distribution center. This position is available for 1st and 2nd Shift and offers part-time and full-time opportunities.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals who enjoy hands-on work, accuracy, and teamwork in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:

Using RF scanners to accurately pick and log items for orders.

Packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Performing quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
-
Operating pallet jacks and assisting with material movement.
-
Using forklifts (Reach or Cherry Picker) if experienced — training available for qualified candidates.

Consistently lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Following all safety and warehouse procedures.
Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Prior warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.

Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs repeatedly.

Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks.

Forklift experience (Reach or Cherry Picker) a plus, but not required.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable attendance and positive attitude are essential.
Skills & Qualifications

Basic computer or scanner skills.

Strong communication in both English and Spanish.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Part-time and full-time schedules available.

Overtime may be offered based on workload.
