Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Pick & Pack Associates for a warehouse and distribution environment. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with basic technology.
We are seeking dependable individuals who can manage order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
As a Pick & Pack Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking items accurately based on customer orders.
- Packing products securely for shipment.
- Organizing materials and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Using computer systems or tablets to update orders and track inventory.
- Verifying product codes, quantities, and order details.
- Assisting with general warehouse organization and workflow.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicating with team members and supervisors as needed.
Requirements
- Spanish speaking or bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Prior warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred.
- Basic computer or tablet experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform light to medium lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Order picking and packing experience.
- Basic inventory and tracking system knowledge.
- Comfortable using technology (tablets, scanners, or computers).
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication ability.
Shifts & Hours
- 1st Shift: Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime may be available based on workload
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00 per hour
