Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time, 1st shift, on-site position. This role supports daily operations by handling customer communication, processing orders, and managing administrative workflows.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional candidate who can manage high volumes of paperwork while maintaining a friendly and upbeat presence, especially when communicating with customers.

This is not a remote role — candidates must be comfortable working on-site full-time.


Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining a professional, friendly, and upbeat tone on the phone.
  • Processing customer orders and handling administrative requests.
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements for field crews.
  • Processing invoices (hourly billing) with accuracy.
  • Tracking job paperwork and ensuring all required documentation is complete (POs, job folders, etc.).
  • Maintaining records including certifications, job files, and documentation.
  • Managing and organizing large volumes of paperwork from start to finish.
  • Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track orders, invoices, and inventory.
  • Communicating with internal teams to ensure workflow accuracy and completion.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) REQUIRED.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience required.
  • Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, or administrative workflows preferred.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and basic office systems.
  • Ability to manage high-volume paperwork with strong attention to detail.
  • Tenured work history required — stability and reliability are essential.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette.

Medical or government billing experience alone is not relevant to this role.

Pay & Benefits

  • $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
