Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability, offering competitive pay for candidates with proven machine operating experience.
This is not an entry-level role — candidates must have prior experience running machines and demonstrate stability in their work history.
Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery.
- Ensuring machines are running efficiently and safely.
- Loading materials into machines and removing finished products.
- Performing basic adjustments to maintain production flow.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Following production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Reporting any machine issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of tenure in most recent position REQUIRED.
- Prior machine operating experience REQUIRED.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Safety-focused mindset.

Shifts & Hours
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
