Production Welder (1st Shift)
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform GMAW (MIG) welding on production parts while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Read and interpret work instructions and, when applicable, blueprints.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work independently while maintaining production goals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG (GMAW) welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to consistently produce quality welds in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TIG and/or Stick welding experience.
- Blueprint reading experience.
- Experience operating or programming robotic welding equipment.
Additional Information:
- Weld test required during the interview process.
- Four-day work week with three-day weekends.
