Sewer I – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Join a growing manufacturing team producing quality sewn products in a clean, semi-climate-controlled facility (approximately 78–80°F). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble products
- Sew straps, hooks, buckles, and other components according to work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality, size, and consistency
- Make basic machine adjustments and replace needles or thread as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete other production tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous sewing or industrial sewing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
