Assembly Technician – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
We're looking for a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys building quality products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

Install hardware, wiring, tubing, and other components accurately.

Perform quality checks and complete production checklists.

Report missing parts, defects, or production issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Assist with cross-training and support other assembly areas as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.

Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.

Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge required.

Refrigeration or HVAC experience is a plus (EPA Type I certification preferred but not required).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Reliable attendance and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
