Role: Quality Inspector
Schedule: M-Th 7A – 530P
Rate: $17 - $18 based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Quality Inspector Summary:
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize a range of testing equipment and techniques to ensure product quality and performance.
- Perform regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with production and management teams to address and rectify any quality-related issues.
- Identify and document any product defects or non-conformities, accurately recording findings and providing timely reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspection results, testing procedures, and other relevant data.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance production processes and product quality.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices to achieve continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality consciousness among all employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
