Position Overview:
As a Glaze Wiper, you will be responsible for applying finishing techniques to our case goods. Your keen eye for detail will help ensure that the glaze matches our shade panels perfectly, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wipe glaze off case goods to achieve a finish that matches the designated shade panel.
• Apply glaze in a uniform manner, carefully removing excess glaze to achieve a consistent dry finish.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure proper glazing procedures are followed.
• Dispose of used material rags in designated fireproof containers to maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and address any glazing-related issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
