Job Full Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join one of our client's team and help grow our customer base through direct door-to-door outreach. This position involves traveling within assigned territories using your own vehicle to introduce our products/services, engage with potential customers face-to-face, and close sales. If you’re a people person who thrives on building connections and enjoys being on the move, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to residential or commercial areas to generate leads and close sales
• Educate potential customers on our products/services with a clear and persuasive presentation
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while handling objections and questions
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Track all interactions and sales using provided tool
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity
• Report feedback, trends, and customer needs to the marketing and sales team
• Maintain vehicle mileage and travel logs as needed for reimbursement
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
