Job Full Description

The key responsibilities of the customer service representative is to enter customer orders and invoices into company's system, correspond with customers on all product information and updates, communicate with company sales reps to resolve issues, determine appropriate freight method and assign freight carriers.

Experience Required: 1-3 years' in customer service environment specifically in office setting, CALL CENTER DOES NOT QUALIFY

Skills Required: solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, communication, organizational skills

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent

Qualities Required: ability to defuse tense situations, ability to build relationships

Physical: sitting for majority of work period, some walking, bending, stooping
