Job Full Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, design, and maintain HVAC systems
- Perform repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for diagnostics and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all work procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Ability to design HVAC systems effectively
- Competency in using tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing HVAC issues
