Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, and current inventory.

Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Use inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS software) to update stock levels.

Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs.

Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.

Ensure inventory is stored and labeled correctly for easy identification and retrieval.

Assist in receiving, stocking, and shipping materials as needed.

Generate inventory reports and analyze data for trends or inefficiencies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Proven experience as an inventory specialist, stock controller, or similar role.

Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Basic math and analytical abilities.

Ability to lift and move items up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs] if required.
