Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines according to established procedures and work instructions
- Load materials and ensure proper machine setup for production runs
- Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
- Record production data, scrap, and downtime accurately
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
- Assist with mold changes and start-ups as required
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred (molding experience a plus)
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
