Customer Service Rep. May 8, 2026

Located in Goldsboro, NC

Pay: $15/hr-$17/hr.

Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on orders, surveys, or service feedback.
Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer preferences to support ongoing client relationships.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to recommend improvements in processes or service delivery.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to generate reports or document customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles; call center experience is highly desirable.
Multilingual proficiency is preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for reporting purposes.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor during outbound calling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
