Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
● Sales & Development: Manage retail accounts, introduce new products, and meet
monthly sales targets.
● Collect payments and manage invoices when required
● Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory movements
● Support route growth by identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned
territory
● Support promotional programs and new product launches
● Route Management: Service assigned daily routes, ensuring stock levels and
proper product rotation (FIFO). Stock and merchandise products at customer
locations to ensure proper product presentation
● Bilingual Communication: Effectively interact with store owners and managers in
both English and Spanish to close sales and address inquiries.
● Digital Execution: Use ERP/CRM systems for order processing and reporting.
● Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly during store visits. Load
and unload products from trucks, including cases and palletized merchandise
● Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity and ability to operate handheld
● Loading/unloading equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
● Deliver products to assigned retail and convenience store accounts using company
delivery vehicles
● Drive company vehicles safely while following all transportation and safety
regulations

Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
● Experience driving delivery vehicles or route trucks preferred
● Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks
● Experience in DSD, food distribution, beverage, snack, or C-store sales is a
plus. Strong customer service and communication skills
● Basic experience using ERP or mobile sales systems preferred
● Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
● Ability to work independently and manage a commercial route effectively.
● Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor retail environments
