Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Local Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate for a growing distribution company in the Raleigh area.
This position combines local deliveries with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable loading and unloading materials, assisting with inventory and warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Make local deliveries to customers and job sites
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete pre-trip inspections and follow DOT regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Most employees begin around 7:00 AM
