What You'll Do
Bartenders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
- Verify guest identification and follow alcohol service regulations
- Work closely with management and team members to ensure a successful opening
Servers
- Welcome guests and create a memorable dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and professionally
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a successful restaurant launch
