Job Full Description

We are hiring for a client in Morrisville, NC for a fast paced production team. 

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specs

• Load large master rolls and thread material through the slitter

• Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and safety

• Inspect finished rolls for quality, correct dimensions, and proper labeling

• Package and prepare finished materials for shipping or further processing

• Perform routine maintenance and report any machine issues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Accurately complete production logs and documentation

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or slitting (preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed
