Job Full Description

Our team is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our local clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, or in person

  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed

  • Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written (required)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficient with computers and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
