Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, or in person
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed
Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written (required)
1+ year of customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient with computers and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
