Lifestyle Director - Fuquay Varina
The Lifestyle Director is responsible for the on-site management and support of the community’s social calendar and amenity areas. As this position will begin prior to the construction of the community amenity, the candidate will be working initially from the adjacent sales center location. Early responsibilities will include resident interaction and event/lifestyle planning, with future duties including, but not limited to:
• Daily operations of the community clubhouse/pool facilities and other common amenities (playgrounds, sports fields, etc.)
• Oversight of recurring maintenance contracts & recordkeeping of maintenance logs and service requests for the amenity center
• Regular interaction with and support of the community Board of Directors, community members, business partners, realtors, and salespeople.
• Assist with the creation and administration of activities/lifestyle programming offered to community members, including verification of social/activity partner credentials and insurance requirements.
• Responsible for regular updates & communication of facility changes, offerings, regulations, and events via the community website/mobile app.
• Neighborhood meeting attendance (annual)
• Annual Budget preparation assistance
• Contract bidding and project management
• Communication & education of prospective and existing owners re: the amenity areas and community responsibilities.
Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 per year
