Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure facilities and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to support occasional off-shift needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and grass cutting
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Operate a forklift safely as required
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support occasional night or weekend work as needed
Experience & Education
- 2–5 years of general maintenance experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to be trained
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
