Responsibilities
· Answer phones and greet visitors
· Perform data entry and filing
· Schedule appointments and meetings
· Support payroll, billing, or reporting tasks

· Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
· Previous office or administrative experience preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
· Attention to detail and multitasking ability
· Reliable attendance and professionalism
