Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Interior Painter to prepare and paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate has experience with surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing work while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect furniture, floors, fixtures, and other areas with drop cloths, tape, and plastic coverings.
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors to customer or project specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a smooth, even, and professional finish.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures, including the proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers.
