Are you organized, proactive, and looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re hiring a Property Manager to oversee 18 rental units and support the full rental process from start to finish. This position includes showing apartments, processing rental applications, assisting tenants with paperwork, conducting property inspections, resolving day-to-day tenant concerns, collecting rent, and managing unit turnovers. You will also be responsible for caretaking duties such as cleaning and maintaining common areas to ensure the building stays welcoming and well-kept for residents.

Enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule within Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, working a total of 20 hours per week. This salaried position pays $23–$24 per hour. Interested? Apply today!
