Position Overview
As a Production Assembler, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and helping meet production goals. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work. The role involves assembly work using hand and power tools, following SOPs, reading bills of materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble products manually and with hand or power tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications.
- Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Inspect products for quality before moving them to the next production stage.
- Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Report equipment issues and production concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand instructions written in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
