Quality Control Manager
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Quality Assurance Manager / CMM Operator for a first shift opening. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met within an ISO 9001:2008 environment. This individual will play a key role in performing inspections, conducting studies, and working closely with both internal teams and outside customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain plant quality standards in line with ISO 9001:2008 guidelines.
- Perform First Article and In-Process plant inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Write and implement in-process inspection plans for various stages of production.
- Conduct Capability Studies, PPAP studies, and gather SPC data as required to ensure product consistency and performance.
- Operate and set up CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), including programming and maintaining CMM machines using PC-DMIS.
Position Details:
Pay ranges from $25-$30 per hour
