Job Full Description
Heavy Equipment Operator
We're looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team for a hands-on role involving truck loading/unloading, operating heavy equipment, and assisting with mill and lab operations.
This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail, comfort with heights, and a strong mechanical mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading/unloading trucks into tall silos (must be comfortable working at heights)
Operating Forklifts, Bobcats, and Front-End Loaders
Using tape measurers, hand tools, and power tools for basic mechanical tasks
Running the mill and performing lab tests for quality checks
Keeping the work area safe, clean, and efficient
What You Bring to the Table:
Mechanically inclined – you know your way around tools and equipment
Not afraid of heights – you’ll be working on top of high silos
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
Forklift and heavy equipment experience preferred
Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a team
Position Details:
Pay starts at $18
