Electrical Technician – 1st Shift
📍 Bowerston Area | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💲 Starting Pay: $26/hour+ (Based on Experience)
A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support electro-mechanical assembly and contract manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, electrical knowledge, and manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise electronics and electro-mechanical assembly operations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Support production efficiency, safety, and quality initiatives
- Assist with engineering estimates and sourcing components
- Set up assembly stations and support production teams
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing departments
- Assist with quality control and inspection processes
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Prior manufacturing and quality inspection experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
- Experience using ERP systems, email, and Microsoft Office
- Must have stable work history and reliable transportation
Equipment Experience Preferred:
- Soldering equipment
- Wire harness assembly tools
- Electronic testing equipment
