DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!

 

Our client has a need for an ASSISTANT BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Mayfield Heights.  This is a multi unit Senior Living apartment complex.

 

SHIFT/PAY:

• Mon-Fri  7:00am – 3pm, with some OT and periodic on call hours 
• $18-$20/hr
• This job is located in Mayfield Heights

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Repairs

• Preventative Maintenance

• Troubleshooting

• Facility Upkeep

• Lighting and Electrical

• Completion of work orders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years working with one employer

• Must be a non-smoker

• Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience

• Comfortable working with senior citizen population
