Our clients are apartment buildings in the greater Cleveland area looking for first-shift BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.
Pay/Shift/Location
- Pay is $18-$24 per hour DOE
- These are first shift positions
- Greater Cleveland
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Light electrical, light plumbing
- Painting, drywall
- Turn Apartments
- Groundskeeping
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician
- Heavy Lifting
- HVAC a plus
