Express Employment Professionals is urgently seeking an Experienced HOUSING INSPECTOR for a DIRECT HIRE position. Our client renovates residential homes for purchase and lease.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Inspect recently purchased homes to determine renovation requirements
- Scope out needed renovations and provide specifications to general contractor
- Perform a final inspection after construction to verify renovation requirements are met
- Travel among Northern Ohio and Detroit locations to support 30-40 job sites
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in
- Property Maintenance/Renovations or
- Real Estate Appraisals or
- Home Inspections
- Project Management
- Knowledgeable about HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Flooring/Wall Systems
- Communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation. Travel 2-3 days/week between job sites
