Job Full Description
Our client is a Metal Fastener Manufacturer located in Euclid, OH. They are looking for an experienced MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process purchase orders via telephone, mail and fax.
- Provides quotes to customers.
- Coordinating order shipments
- Follows up with customer regarding orders, complaints, etc.
- Receives and participates in the resolution of customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have prior experience working in a manufacturing customer service role
- Sales to fastener distributors/MRO companies preferred
- Good communication, computer, math, and reasoning skills
- MUST have high school diploma
SHIFT/PAY:
- Mon-Fri. 7:30pm-4pm
- $20-$24/hr
- This job is located in Euclid
