Job Full Description
Our client is stamping manufacturer in Euclid looking for a TOOL & DIE SETTER.
- Pay is $23-$25/hour depending on experience
- This is a first-shift position, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- This job is Euclid, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set presses and fixtures
-
Load coils of sheet metal onto the presses
-
Load stamping dies onto the presses
-
Inspect products for quality assurance
-
Use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure products are made to specification
-
Troubleshoot issues with equipment
-
Assist operators as needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
-
Set work areas by moving raw materials or components pieces to stations
-
Sign in operators for their daily tasks by, evaluating safety equipment, instructing on proper operation of job
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years Stamping or equivalent Die Setter Experience
- 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Basic Print reading
- Mechanically inclined
- Familiarity with stamping machines, 35 ton to 400 ton punch presses, both single hit and automatic
- High School diploma or GED
