Express Employment Professionals is looking for Preventative Maintenance Technicians in Solon
Preventative Maintenance Technician: $20 /hour
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including:
o Equipment cleaning
o Lubrication of moving parts
o Visual inspections for wear, damage, or misalignment
• Document all maintenance activities accurately using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or manual logs.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities, potential failure points, or safety concerns.
• Assist with minor repairs or component replacements during inspections as needed.
• Maintain tools and maintenance supplies in a clean and organized condition.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, including use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout practices.
• Maintain awareness of equipment manuals, SDS sheets, and technical documentation related to maintenance tasks.
